What is Swag Rank?
Swag Rank is a number between 0 and 100 that compares a user's total earned swag points (not current available) to all other customers of Arnzen Arms. For example, as of January 2026, if you have earned 5 swag points, your swag rank is 54, meaning you have earned more swag than 54% of customers.
What is it used for?
We will be offering discounts based on a user's swag rank. For example, we will offer a "Swag rank discount, up to 20%" and the user above with 5 swag points earned will receive 10.8% off (20 * 0.54).
Where can I find my Swag Rank?
Click on "My account" in the main menu, and then "SWAG". You will see a history of your Swag transactions and your current Swag Rank™.
How do I know what products are discounted?
Swag rank discounts will show your personal discount in the catalog (Price will show a crown ). You must be logged in. For example, to see what guns have a swag rank discount, first click on "Guns" in the main menu, then click "Show search filters", then "On sale". If you see "Swank rank", click on that! It's not just guns either. Ammo, optics, parts, and everything else we sell can be discounted at any time!
Why are we doing this?
We want to offer our customers benefits that scale with the impact they have on our business. This is a customer loyalty program after all. Repeat customers will grow their swag rank over time and get bigger discounts!
What this means...
When a "Swag rank" discount is active, you must be logged in to see YOUR price. Everyone's price will be different based on their swag rank. Only accounts that have earned at least 2 swag will see a discounted price. We ask that you don't share screenshots or pricing on social media or other on-line platforms as this will lead to confusion and negative sentiment.
